Limitations:
We offer online counselling, health education and consulting services
intended to assist individuals and couples working through relationship issues.
We do not offer any services related to domestic violence, child abuse or financial problems.
Eligibility:
You are at least 18 years old. You agree to abide by Relationships Rekindled
Policies, Terms and Conditions of Service.
Registration:
When you submit payment via "PayPal", you are deemed registered for services and you
have acknowledged agreement to these Policies, Terms and Conditions. No
appointments will be scheduled until your "PayPal" payment has been confirmed.
Fees:
All fees are collected in United States Dollars ($USD). Relationships Rekindled
uses "PayPal", the internet's largest and most trusted third party
payment processor. All sessions must be pre-paid and appointments must be
scheduled in advance. If you cannot keep an appointment, your payment may be
transferred to an alternative appointment time. Security of
your payment account information is provided by "PayPal" for all online payments.

Discounts:
Services may be rendered on a sliding fee scale at the sole discretion of
Relationships Rekindled management.
Termination:
You may terminate or cancel sessions at any time. Payments are refundable in
accord with "PayPal" policies.
Use of the Service:
You are solely responsible for the information you provide to us. You agree to
provide accurate information about yourself so we may assist you in finding
appropriate solutions to your problems. All information will be kept
confidential to the best of our ability. You agree not to transmit junk emails or other material which may be abusive, obscene, offensive, inaccurate or threatening.
Relationships Rekindled reserves the right to deny service to any individual or
individuals we believe may not be appropriate for online counselling.
Privacy:
Relationships Rekindled may store and share personal information, including
sensitive material exchanged online via computer. This allows clients to print
out text versions of their sessions and review the issues discussed. Writing
down feelings and reviewing sessions may help clients find a solution in a
shorter period of time. Relationships Rekindled uses secure servers, firewalls, SSL
encryption and other technology to protect all confidential client information.
Information Collection, Storage and Sharing:
Relationships Rekindled collects information submitted to our website. We may
store information in our Data Bases, for example "how many people have contacted our service".
We share data with financial services such as banks to facilitate payments,
which enables us to provide services for you the client.
We will not disclose private or sensitive information to any other institution
unless sharing information is required to provide service. Whenever we offer
links to other websites we advise you to read their privacy policies as their standards may differ from ours.
Newsletter and Correspondence:
From time to time Relationships Rekindled may produce a newsletter or E Book. These forms of communication are entirely
optional for clients, and you may wish to receive them via email. You may also
request to cancel these forms of communication at any time by simply sending us an email.
Intellectual Property:
Relationships Rekindled reserves the rights to all intellectual property. These
include but are not limited to databases, copyright, design of websites (registered or unregistered), trademarks, business names, logos or Services offered by the owners of Relationships Rekindled.
Liability:
Relationships Rekindled does not accept any liability for any Services rendered by our Professional Staff. We do not accept responsibility for Emotional Distress or Discomfort.
We do not accept liability for Loss of Data, Programs, Service Interruptions or
Communication with Service Users.
Dispute Resolution:
Relationships Rekindled will endeavour to resolve any dispute or complaint via
email as soon as possible.
Disclaimer:
Relationships Rekindled advises you that every effort will be made to protect your private,
sensitive and confidential information.. However, we will not be held legally responsible for any breach of information divulged to other parties which
may have been accessed by means beyond our control.
